How long does processing and shipping take?

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5–8 business days unless otherwise stated.

What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the hair is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Any hair that has been altered, washed, brushed, installed, or tampered with is not eligible for return.

How many bundles do I need?

We recommend 3 bundles for a full install. Longer lengths may require additional bundles depending on your desired fullness.

How do I care for my hair?

For best results, wash your hair with Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Use a lightweight hair oil on curly textures when dry to maintain moisture and shine. For curly bundles, diffusing is recommended to help preserve texture and quality.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last up to 5 years.

Can the hair be colored?

Yes, our hair can be colored. We highly recommend having all coloring services done by a licensed professional for the best results.
