Order Processing 

All orders require up to 24 hours for processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped within 5–8 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or during special promotions.

Tracking Information 

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. EssentialsByHer is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages 

Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist, EssentialsByHer is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or transit issues.
